Dear Client,
During the past few years we have been continuously trying to improve our service and online user experience. We have realized that most of our clients prefer to submit the FFC declaration and Cash Payments form via email. Based on this, we are introducing the option to submit the “FFC declaration form” and “Received Cash Payments form” online. Upon completing the online declaration form, you will be able to print the form before it is submitted and/or send a copy to your email address. The forms are fully responsive and can be completed on your mobile devices as well.
You may already have a user account to access the client area via our website. Due to safety reasons we will provide you with a new account and password, which can be changed as soon as you log in. If you have not registered yet for the client area, we will provide you with your login details so that you can access your account at our website www.freezonearuba.com.
Next week, you will receive an email with your login information. If you have any questions about the online forms or the client area, please do not hesitate to contact your account executive.
Kind regards,
G.M. Peterson
Managing Director
I have tried in for both Tabacal and Transimex and the forms do not print (I get a “blank” page) and I cannot submit for it keeps telling me the “date format seems invalid”
Dear Magdala,
Thanks for your comment.
We are aware of the ‘date format error’ that appears in the form when certain browsers are used.
The correct date format is mm/dd/yyyy. An error message will appear when using any different date format.
Our website developer is working on the issue and it will be solved as soon as possible.
Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
