On December 10, 2014 the Parliament of Aruba approved the State Ordinance named: introduction further appeal in tax cases and application technical improvements.
As of January 1, 2015 the tax litigation procedure will be placed under the Court of First Instance (in Dutch: Gerecht in Eerste Aanleg, ‘GEA’) instead of the Tax Appeal Court (in Dutch: Raad van Beroep voor belastingzaken, ‘RvBB’).
