Your account executive will conduct an initial assessment of your business activities and operational needs. This can be done in person, by phone, or via email – whichever is most convenient for you.
Admission Procedure
1. Initial Contact
Reach out to Free Zone Aruba (FZA) to explore whether your business qualifies under the Free Zone framework. During this phase, we’ll discuss your objectives, facility requirements (location, utilities, support), and how we can best accommodate your operations.
2. Pre-Admission Agreement
Once you decide to proceed, a pre-admission agreement will be signed. This agreement outlines the exchange of necessary information and sets the stage for the formal application process.
3. Submit Business Information & Legal Documents
You will need to submit a business plan and personal/legal documentation to evaluate the feasibility and legal establishment of your free zone company. Your account executive will provide guidance on all required documents.
4. Formal Admission
Once your application is reviewed and approved, your company will receive an official admission license and a contract, granting you full status as a Free Zone business.
Local Representation Requirement
If your managing director is not a resident of Aruba, you will be required to appoint a local representative.
